 "When you go out to wage war against your enemy, G·d will deliver him into your hands, and you will capture his captives."1 The Baal Shem Tov taught: Why should a person listen to his evil inclination? It would
be wiser to learn from the evil inclination itself, which faithfully fulfills its Master's wish. My Dear Friends,
My 15 year old daughter, Yitta Chaya, has taken it upon herself to raise 25% of the cost of the NCSY 2012 J.O.L.T. summer program. JOLT stands for Jewish Overseas Leadership Training.
She has decided to try to help Eretz Yisrael and at the same time raise funds for the NCSY trip through the Jewish National Fund: Plant Your Way to Israel Program. A portion of the purchase price of a tree is set aside for the applicant to make the visit to our Holy Land more affordable.
As you will see from Yitta’s page on the Jewish National Fund: Plant Your Way website, and the NCSY JOLT information, JOLT is quite an intense program that is geared to foster the growth of leadership qualities in our most precious treasures: our children.
